Felix Anthony “Andy” DeJean IV

Felix Anthony “Andy” DeJean, IV, is the founder of DeJean & Noland Law Office. Andy is from Opelousas, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University and went on to receive his degree from Louisiana Tech in 1993. Andy enrolled in Southern University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1997. Within a year of receiving his bar certification, Andy opened his law practice with an emphasis on personal injury. Today, DeJean & Noland Law Office has expanded and includes experienced teams that handle cases for personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and complex litigation matters across Louisiana in both district and federal courts.

Andy is married to Amy Maida DeJean and has four children. You can often find Andy tailgating on LSU and Saints game days with his family and friends. When football season ends, Andy enjoys skiing in Colorado then coming right back home for Mardi Gras celebrations. His fierce nature has also inspired his children to swim competitively, during which time Andy and Amy cheer proudly from the sidelines. He is a family man, loves LSU football, hunting and fishing, and loves flavors of Louisiana life.

Erik R. Noland is an attorney at DeJean & Noland Law Office. He attended Louisiana State University at Alexandria and went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2013. He then enrolled in Southern University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2016. While enrolled at Southern University Law School, he was the representative of his 2L class, was a member of the Student Judicial Committee, and was the student member on the Faculty Honor Code Investigatory Committee. He is admitted to all Louisiana State and Appellate Courts as well as the United States Federal District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and Eastern District. He is also a current member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, the American Association of Justice, Business Network International (BNI) and the NRA.

He was once a sheriff’s deputy and uses that knowledge to effectively represent clients who may have made a mistake. He knows the ins and outs of the Criminal Justice system and use this knowledge to his clients’ advantage. This experience gives him an edge over many other lawyers in the criminal defense field.

He practices in the fields of personal injury, criminal defense, family law, successions and civil litigation all around the State of Louisiana, and is always available to clients.

In his free time, he enjoys all aspects of the outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, and of course all LSU sporting events.
