Our client was charged with:

• Third offense DWI
• Careless operation
• Driving under suspension
• Resisting an officer

Erik R. Noland, Attorney at Law, worked to first get the charge reduced to second offense DWI. The matter came up for trial and was submitted to the Court.

Our client was found NOT GUILTY on second offense DWI, and driving under suspension.

The judge found the client guilty of failure to maintain control and resisting an officer resulting in our client only paying a $170 fine.
